How do we ship your order?
All shipments within North America will be sent by Canada Post.

When will your order be shipped?
We ship orders every Friday.

How is my order packaged?
We will package four or fewer boxes in bubble envelopes or small cardboard mailers, larger quantities are shipped in cardboard boxes.

How much do we charge for shipping and handling?
We currently ship to Canada and the USA. Our flat rate for shipping to Canada is C$3.50, and C$5.00 for orders going to the USA. These prices are subject to change.

Shipping and handling is free with orders exceeding C$90 before taxes.

Overseas shipping is available at an additional cost and will be based on weight and destination. Please e-mail us with any questions prior to placing your order.

What is our return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your products for any reason, we will grant you a full refund (minus the shipping cost) for all goods sent back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please e-mail us to let us know about any returning items.

At myStamp BOX we value your privacy. To process your order, we collect your name and address, phone number, e-mail address and method of payment at the time of your purchase. We do not sell or rent any personal information to third parties. Those who choose to participate in one of our contests do so with the understanding that their submission might be posted in our website gallery together with their name. myStamp BOX is not responsible for maintaining the privacy of any information included in a published layout or artwork posted in the gallery.

All our designs are copyrighted to myStamp BOX. myStamp BOX is an Angel Company. We allow stampers to sell their hand stamped products created with our clear stamps. Items may not exceed a quantity of 100 per image. No permission from myStamp BOX is required as long as all items are hand stamped and no mass mechanical production is done.
