Paperclips

Hi everyone, Els here today. With all the back to school themed projects from the past few weeks, I was surrounded by school themed stamps and embellishments. When all of a sudden my eye fell on this paperclip stamp from the Pixel Perfect set and I thought it would make a pretty neat flower for a card.

So I stamped my paperclips in a circle with a bright pink colored ink. And then I did the same thing on top with a violet colored ink. A big button in the center and you have a gorgeous flower.  The sentiment I used if from the Whatever set.

My flower here is stamped directly onto my cardstock, of course you can also stamp it on patterned paper, trim it out with your scissors, and pop it off of the card to give it some more dimension.

I hope I could encourage you to look at your stamps in a different way every now and then!
