It’s my day to share some special stamped cards. I love how stamping allows me to change my style for each and every project depending on the products and the recipient.
I missed a family birthday this week, so I worked extra hard to create a fabulous card to make it up to my Aunt Janet. I stamped the largest butterfly from the Colorful Companions set using Tim Holtz distress inks: two shades of red and black. I love how you can blend ink colors right onto bold images like this one before you stamp. The look is so cool!
This card is night and day in its overall look from my first example. I stamped the woodgrain block from the Itty Bittys set onto kraft paper to make a border. I also stamped the sentiment and dotted square frame from Itty Bittys as well. These “inchie” size stamps are small but mighty! I can’t get enough of them.
Happy stamping,

Supplies: Colorful Companions, Itty Bittys, American Crafts cardstock, Jenni Bowlin papers, Tim Holtz Distress Inks, Maya Road pin, Martha Stewart punches, The Paper Studio rhinestone, EK Success border punch, 7 Gypsies tag, Cluny lace, Offray sheer ribbon
