Meet Sandrine – June Guest Designer from Belgium

Hi everyone! Meet Sandrine, our guest designer this month. Sandrine has such a funny personality and her projects are just divine. But see for yourself. First we will let Sandrine introduce herself. Enjoy!

Hi, I’m Sandrine, 36 & married to Etienne and we have two kids. Louis who’s nearly six and Charlotte who’s nearly three. I live in Belgium (a tiny country with such a weird political instituion). I started scrapbooking nearly 10 years ago when it was still unkown in Europe! Thanks to my North-American friends!!
I don’t have favorite subjects, everything depends on my feelings of the moment! Every little happening in life can be a subject! Even the morning coffee…  I am a “stampaholic” really!!! I have thousands… yes thousands of stamps! I will never be cured – LOL
My creative process is : NO PROCESS ! just express myself without thinking of the goal. My style is vintage, mixed media, shabby, free style,… I looooooooove them all!  I have been published several times. In some famous Belgian magazines/books and have even been interviewed on the radio too funny! In the future I hope to publish my own books.
“Create each day” is my motto I am lucky to have my own studio in our house! A big room just for me! My sweet hubby created it for me!!! And did you know? I am a cheese addict!! Really! I think I’ve been a mouse in another life – LOL
