Hi StampBOX Fans!
My name is Sue and I’m so delighted to have a chance to play with these cute myStampBOX stamps! The set I have received is Let it Snow… As a seasoned scrapbooker and stamper, I’ve had the chance to play with so many different tools and techniques and what I love best about our fun hobby is the trial and error and the accidental art element.

I love creating cards for friends and family, but I also scrapbook a whole lot – and my main scrappy subject has got to be my sweet 5 year old – the reason I started scrapping in the first place! My favorite creating tools are my crop-a-dile, my versamark ink and my spray mists – and I find that I reach for these every time I create.
My style is simple, and girly. I like to experiment and play with bits of paper elements. In the last year, my layouts been published in the UK (Scrapbook Trends and Scrapbook Inspirations), Norway (Vi Scrapper) and the USA (Scrapbook Trends and Creating Keepsakes). Although I try to create every day, my schedule is getting tighter and tighter and my creative time is becoming more and more precious to me. I hope that you like my projects.
It is January – and winter is probably on your mind if you live in the Northern Hemisphere. I’ve got a couple of cards ready to go. My designs are simple and effective. And these cards are no different.

Happy Winter is a simple card and fun card to create – just stamp the images using Encore Silver ink. Use a pre-printed postcard or choose your own patterned paper and stamp over with the stamped snowflake.
I then used some lovely white Foam Thickers for the sentiment of the card. The three brads and the ribbon are a sweet touch.

Hi! Card is created by using a cut-out of the stamped image as a mask. I spray-misted the image and cut out the square. Using this as a focal panel on my card, I added a simple pearl-cluster embellishment as a sweet accent.

Let it Snow Cool Layout
These snowflakes from Let it Snow… are stamped with silver ink and stamped on the blue cardstock as well as the silver background paper.

Winter Fun Layout
Snowflakes do not have to be blue. So in this layout, I decided to ink the stamp with some rubber-friendly markers and create a really fun background panel for this layout.
Thank you again for letting me inspire you this month with my creations. I hope you enjoyed them! Sue
