Today I am going to show you a quick way to emboss without the heat gun. I love embossing and love finding new products that will give me that embossed look without having to get my heat gun out and make a mess with my embossing powders. Don’t get me wrong I love my heat gun and embossing powders but I love to play with new products too.
So today you will need:
- My stamp box “Wishing you Sunshine” stamp set
- Ranger Dimensional Pearls in 2 colors
- Paint brush
- Clear block
- Pattern paper
- Cardstock
- Ribbon
- Ink
Instructions:
- Trim your cardstock to 11.25×4.75 and fold in half
- Trim your pattern paper to 5.5×4.5
- Squeeze a little of your dimensional pearls onto a scrap piece of paper (about a dime size of each)
- smear the 2 colors together with paint brush as seen below

- Take stamp and dab it into the dimensional pearls 2-3 times and then stamp on pattern paper. (continue with this step as many times as you wish till you get what your looking for)

- Once the dimensional pearls dry it will look and feel like it was embossed onto your paper.

- At this time continue to embellish as you wish and adhere to your cardstock card.

With all the rain we have been having in the Seattle area this card fit our weather perfectly.
Wishing you all a little more sunshine.

How clever!!! I never thought of that. Certainly a technique I will have to try myself.
