Today I’d like to share some projects made with the Oversized set of stamps from my Stamp BOX. It includes all standard forms of punctuation in a slightly distressed finish. Their bold size makes them ideal for use on scrapbook pages. Some of the images are left empty which leaves room for you to color them as you wish. Try using markers, colored pencils, gel pens, Stickles or paint.

My first card also has a little tip in honor of Earth Day tomorrow. my Stamp BOX stamps come in clear acrylic jewel cases with the index for the stamps printed right on the lid of the case. To take a closer look, just click here. When you first get your stamps they are adhered to a thin sheet of plastic in the case. Simple remove the stamps from this sheet and attach them right to the acrylic case. Don’t throw out that thin plastic sheet – recycle it! I used my sheet to make the card above. I used four colors of alcohol inks and blending solution to make the bold, splotchy background. Once dry, I stamped the question mark from the Oversized stamp set with StazOn ink on the back of the plastic sheet. I attached it to a piece of smooth white cardstock to allow the colors to really pop. I printed the sentiment on my computer and added a heart covered in ink and Stickles.

My final card for Show and Tell today uses the asterisk and colon stamps from Oversized. I stamped the asterisk and colon stamps in black ink all over a block of green textured cardstock to create my own background paper. Once dry, I used my white gel pen to color in the asterisks. I adhered smooth clear gems to the centers to turn them into flowers. The sentiment circle is from the Seal It set of stamps from my Stamp Box. I layered the sentiment on two layers of punched circles of glitter paper with just a strip of dotted ribbon to hold it all together. Using punctuation marks to make scrapbook pages and cards is really fun…there’s no question about it! - Jolene
